The renovation includes a new spa with a steam shower and sauna, new kitchenette, and additional storage off of an existing gym within the residence. The light and bright materials of the new kitchenette contrast with the dark floors, saturated blue tiles, and natural wood of the spa, creating a soothing environment and escape for the owners. Curved tiled benches were designed at the steam showers to help with water flow and provide a playful contrast to the linear wood benches at the sauna.
