teardown and rebuild of an existing ranch located on long creek in virginia beach. we began by removing the existing rear addition, deck and guardrails, which sat too close to the water and blocked views. we continued the terracing language onto the volume of the house, giving the clients a series of curated views opening up to the water. check out the progress below!
